Ez-Spool is a Server-Based Software designed to automate the creation of pipe welding maps for fabrication and erection based on engineering data and isometric drawing

    • The default weld is set as Shop Weld. while the welds of <2 inches and for bolt, support, and thread are set as Field Weld. Field Weld Point will be added if the length of the pipe exceeds the maximum pipe Length value.
  • Revision management

    • You can add revision marks to manage and track the revision.
    • Consider whether to keep or change the weld and part numbers by comparing their coordinates, UCID, and pipe geometry.
    • Any newly revised items will be colored or highlighted to compare the old revision version with the new revision version.
  • Drawings and Reports output

    • Ez-Spool provides a comprehensive range of drawings and reports including fabrication drawings, erection drawings, welding map reports, dia-inch reports, and pipe-cut lists.
