Ez-Solutions

Ez-Solutions

  • Piping isometric drawing from Revit (Ez-ISO) is followed by welding map drawing (Ez-Spool) and construction control (Ez-CC).

  • With Ez-Solution, you can efficiently manage piping fabrication and construction tasks in BIM projects and closely monitor and manage all aspects of the construction process ensuring an in-depth planning and performance control.

  • Ez-Solution is ideal for a wide range of plant projects including semiconductors, secondary batteries, biotechnology, oil and gas, power, and shipbuilding.

  • Ez-ISO, Ez-Spool, and Ez-CC are specialized software solutions used in the plant construction and engineering industry. Ez-ISO is a program that automatically generates isometric drawings from Revit models, essential for high-tech industrial plant projects such as semiconductors and secondary batteries in a Building Information Modeling (BIM) environment. Ez-Spool is compatible with isometric drawings from Revit as well as other 3D CAD software such as Smart 3D, E3D, and PDMS. This could used in a variety of plant projects, including petrochemical, power generation, and shipbuilding. Lastly, Ez-CC is a comprehensive construction management solution that can be used in conjunction with Ez-Spool to link data.

Ez-PLAN

Overview

Ez-PLAN is a powerful automation tool designed for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system layout and drawing creation. Utilize project-specific templates and rule-based placement capabilities to create fast and accurate MEP drawings. Ez-PLAN supports automatic placement of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components, and works with Revit to allow for real-time design changes and adjustments. The program significantly improves productivity for complex construction and plant engineering projects where accuracy and speed are critical in MEP system design.

Features
  • Automating floor plan drawings

    • Out Boundary Tag (Auto Tagging): Automatically represent the Tag of the nearest Vertical/Horizontal/Raiser pipe, relative to the outermost Grid.
    • Multi Leader Tag (Manual Tagging): Represents the tags of user-selected objects by enclosing them with leader lines.
    • Out Boundary Dimension: Represents the dimensions of the Grid and vertical objects from the outside.
    • Inner Dimension: Represents the dimensions between user-selected objects.
